Chef Bob’s path to a Fit life

I changed my life, one meal at a time, by moving in a Fit direction every day and by eating portion controlled meals like our Fit2Eat program.  It is now common knowledge we must eat fruits and vegetables, 6-13 servings every day. Choose living foods that are plant based, organic, and local. Limit animal protein to 2 or 3 ounce servings. Hydrate your body with pure filtered water. Exercise your body 30-60 minutes every day.  Bridge the gap in your nutrition with Juice Plus tm. For more information

One Response to “Fit2Eat”

I attended the cooking demonstration on Saturday (front row, center), but left while your daughter was dishing up the pudding. I did stop and get one as I was leaving. I thought it was delicious, but have completely forgotten the recipe. (I brought home the recipe for the grits.) I’d like to get the recipe for the pudding as well, if possible.

I have been unable to find any other place to register for the “free week of Fit2Eat food you offered. Would you please include me in you “contest”.

I think I am going to love your website. I’ve already started using some of your tips.

    Thank you,
    Marilyn Nash
