Here is how it works… Fit2Eat was created by Chef Bob in 2010. Chef Bob and his wife Darlene decided to portion their meals ahead of time and to incorporate whole food nutrition in their diet daily. The whole Chef Bob family has lost over 300 pounds! The menu is not diet food but real whole food nutrition. The menu is created every Tuesday and emailed to Fit2Eat members. The menu consists of Lunch and Dinner Monday-Friday. Once the menu is received, members email Chef Bob that YES we want to be included in the Fit2Eat program. Menus are emailed out on Tuesdays you must notify us no later than 12:00 NOON on that following Friday. Pricing Look below for Pricing Pick-Up Fit2Eat pick up is Monday 10:30am-2:00pm at 2209 Lakeshore Drive (inside First Baptist Church of Birmingham), pull into the church on the entrance with the brick sign, park near the blue dumpster and walk down the pathway that leads to the double doors and you can walk through there and we are thru the first open door on the right! Fit2Eat is also available for delivery for $10.00 extra or 20.00 depending on location. Customization Members may customize their menu. ie; You can email chef Bob “please subtract Monday dinner and replace it with Tuesday Lunch. OR, please subtract Mon, Tue, and wed dinner and add 3 Chicken salads. If you have diet restrictions or allergies please let us know ahead or time!

Fit2Eat is a weekly culinary program that is great for anyone trying to lose weight or eat healthy. It is also convenient for those who may be too busy to cook a well-balanced diet. Our meals are made fresh from raw ingredients and focus on nutrition content and proper portions. Chef Bob and his family have been making fresh meals with love in Alabama for over 25 years. Getting proper nutrition is the key to feeling great. We also work with many food allergies and can customize meals to suit special diets such as: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, low carb, etc.(the specialty meals may have a different price)

  • $37.50 for your choice of lunch or dinner for a week (Mon – Fri)  (tax not included)
  • $75.00 for lunch and dinner for a week (Mon – Fri)  (tax not included)
  • $ 82.50 for ten meals this includes tax

Save $30.00 dollars if you pay for a month!

Pick-Up and Delivery Home delivery is an additional $10.00 per delivery in the greater Birmingham Area (outside this area my change the price) Pick up or delivery on Monday 10:30-2:30
