I changed my life, one meal at a time and by moving in a Fit direction every day and by eating portion controlled meals like our Fit2Eat program.  It is now common knowledge we must eat fruits and vegetables, 6-13 servings every day. Choose living foods that are plant based, organic, and local. Limit animal protein to 2 or 3 ounce servings. Hydrate your body with pure filtered water. Our Delicious Bread Rolls are created in our kitchen by Chef Bob for each event. 

If you are having friends and family over and want to share your love of Chef Bob’s rolls you can always
